How this tool works

The domains whose Harmonic Centrality rank moved the most between two Common Crawl releases roughly a quarter apart: biggest risers and biggest fallers on the open web.

Harmonic Centrality measures how central a domain is to the whole web (the spam-resistant signal Common Crawl uses for crawl priority). A rise means the domain climbed toward rank #1; a fall means it lost ground. Computed over the top 300k domains of each release. Free and open, no API key.
